Very practical
This hotel is great if you just need a place to stay if You're on a business travel or do not plan to spend much time at the property. it's convenient. Valet parking service is a great benefit given parking condition in Waikiki. definitely would stay there again!
Well it could have been worse!
hotel room was suppose to be king bed, then only a double had to pay an additional cost per night to get the hotel room had arranged in the first place. help was nice, rooms were only so, so. in addition a great place for the money spent.

By the photos and reviews Iwas expecting much more. The swimming pool is small (5 people max), breakfast meal is only toast and fruit, All of The hotel rooms either have 2 TWIN beds or 1 King size bed except the Jr. suite. No hotel room for families. help says it is always been this way. Roll-away cot $17/night. Chipped peeling paint & dirt everywhere (walls, doors, wicker lobby furniture), nothing that a little elbow grease will not fix. help was excellent. Walk to beach & shopping.
Fantastic
We have stayed at this property the past three years and have recently booked for this coming winter break. this property is simply fantastic for the price, quality, and location. The help is courteous. The complimentary continental breakfasts are great. We have stayed at numerous other places which easily charge double and come nowhere near the quality of this property!
You can do a lot better than this place!
Hotel was OLD and no (badly needed) improvements have been made. swimming pool was the size of a kiddieswimming pool. Balcony overlooks low life's 10 feet away in different building. You can find much nicer hotels for the same money.

Love the Kitchenettes - Large, clean, comfortable suite at the cost of a budget hotel room. Kitchenette is a great money saver. Great location in the center of Waikiki. Parking is tight. Bathrooms are old and need some work. . . .

Dont stay here - Sold to us as two hotel room suite. Only one hotel room had A/C so kids slept in hotel room with no A/C.Mold over 1/2 of bath floor. OLD mattresses..sore backs! OLD bedding, filthy.NO screens on windo . . .
GOOD DEAL FOR DOLLAR - hotel room WAS great SIZE AND spotless. NICE TO HAVE SMALL KITCHEN SO AS NOT TO EAT OUT ALL THE TIME. bathroom IS A LITTLE SMALL. FEW BLOCKS FROM BEACH,DOWNTOWN,ZOO, AND ALL SHOPS . . .
